WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all other orders, we only offer returns for misprinted, damaged or defective items. If that is the case, please send 2-3 photos showing the damage and email email@example.com within 7 days of delivery of your item. Please do not ship anything back until you hear from us confirming we have received your return request.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OUTSIDE THE U.S.A?
WILL I RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE SHIPMENT?
The pieces ordered are printed and shipped to get to you as fast as possible so you may receive multiple shipments if you order more than one different item.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We pride ourselves on quality products and packaging so if you notice that your item was misprinted, damaged or defective, please follow the process listed above in the question regarding our return policy.
WILL THE COLOR IN THE PRODUCT IMAGE MATCH THE IN-PERSON PIECE?
The images and descriptions you see on this site are used to best portray the products sold. The vendors I work with try their best to get the end product as accurate as portrayed on the website.

DOWNLOADING AND PRINTING
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED DIGITAL FILES?
Once your payment has processed, your files will be available at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you checked out as a guest, your download links will be sent to your email address. Please check your junk / spam / promotions folder for the automated email from Etsy.
PLEASE NOTE that the mobile Etsy app doesn't allow downloads. However, you can access your files on your mobile device by opening your device's browser and then heading to Etsy > You > Purchases and reviews.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER SHOULD I PRINT ON?
For digital art, I would recommend printing on a heavy matte cardstock or photo paper. For an upgraded look, you can also explore printing on canvas which provides a nice textured and upscale effect.
WHERE SHOULD I PRINT THE DIGITAL ART?
1) PRINT AT HOME:
If you have a desktop printer, I recommend printing on a heavy matte cardstock or photo paper. Be sure your printer's settings are set to print at "original size" or 100% with the “quality” setting set to the highest available.
2) TAKE TO A LOCAL PRINT SHOP (Staples, FedEx Office):
You can also take the files directly to a local print shop. Talk to the print rep about your desired size and paper. You can then get the print instantly or set a time to pick it up later.
3) PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE:
If you want to place your order online and have it shipped to you, I suggest using any of the following websites:
